We collect account, contact, delivery and order information you provide, plus limited technical information needed to secure and operate the store. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by Amantra.

How it is used

Information is used to fulfil orders, provide support, prevent fraud, maintain records and send marketing only where consent has been given. Essential order messages are separate from marketing.

Sharing and retention

Information may be shared with payment, delivery, hosting and email providers only as needed to provide the service. Retention periods must be finalised against tax, consumer, food-business and data-protection obligations.

Your choices

You can update account information, unsubscribe from marketing or contact the business to request help with applicable data rights. A verified privacy contact and grievance process must be added before launch.
