Delivery area

The current checkout is configured for Indian addresses and six-digit PIN codes. Serviceability by PIN code must be connected to the selected courier before launch.

Delivery timing

Standard delivery is shown as an estimated 3–7 business days after dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Remote-area, weather and carrier delays may affect timing.

Charges

The demo configuration charges ₹49 for standard delivery and makes it free above ₹499. These values are editable and must be approved against actual courier costs.

Tracking and problems

When an administrator marks an order shipped, the tracking link can appear in the customer dashboard and dispatch email. Verified support details and a process for damaged or missing parcels must be added before launch.
